無(wú)機(jī)合成復(fù)合井蓋。本復(fù)合井蓋是用新型高強(qiáng)無(wú)機(jī)合成材料和玻璃纖維復(fù)合制做。屬于中檔復(fù)合井蓋產(chǎn)品。

(1)它的固化速度比纖維混凝土快幾倍，8小時(shí)可脫模，若三班生產(chǎn)，24小時(shí)可脫模三次，模具用量雖比石塑多，但卻只有纖維混凝土復(fù)合井蓋的1/6左右，也可降低模具投資。

(2)其強(qiáng)度僅次于石塑復(fù)合井蓋。可承載40噸以上車輛。

(3)它的綜合性能介于石塑復(fù)合井蓋與混凝土復(fù)合井蓋之間，優(yōu)于混凝土;可應(yīng)用于對(duì)復(fù)合井蓋技術(shù)要求較高的場(chǎng)合。

(4)復(fù)合井蓋是最理想、較先進(jìn)、是其他模具所不能比擬的。

(5)它最突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)是不使用鋼骨架增強(qiáng)，而以玻纖復(fù)合增強(qiáng)，屬于GRC型產(chǎn)品。因此，它在目前鋼鐵不斷漲價(jià)的情況下，更有不受影響的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
